I have been researching over 20 Crm programs that can make it funner to reach out and call, email, notes etc. 2 of them allow you to track these activities and see your progress which is fun to me ( coming from Outlook I need a fun boost) I am leaning towards base Crm with Contactually having similar lighter functions. I checked out many others like insightly, prosperworks, prophet, nimble, apto, Good Gmail App integration a must!!

I know these are not totally Real Estate Centric as far as the drip campaign but to stay in touch with Contacts and to know how effective you are, Base even tells you which time is more effective to call as they have an auto dialer built into your contacts and records everything automatically!

I am an advid Google user so for me I love Streak, which works from within Gmail and integrates seamlessly with the other Google apps, which I use.  I will be doing a review in the coming weeks on the Best CRM systems because there are so many and it is hard to filter through them.  As Gabe said, the best CRM for any particular person is the one she uses, which is why it is important to know the outstanding features of some of the most popular.  Stay tuned :)!

Bob, the best CRM is the one that you end up using daily and get to know well.

The question is to 'cosmic' to be meaningful.

Why? The best CRM is the one that allows the agent to implement their business plan with he greatest ease and lowest real cost.

An agent wanting to be positioned properly in 2017, firmly placed in the sharing economy, will have little need for those CRM in common existence today.

The agent wanting to do the same thing their mother did in real estate will gravitate towards products like Top Producer and WiseAgent.

At this time NO CRM of which I am aware, does both, and to be honest, the new crm SHOULD NOT do what your mothers CRM did.

My vote for the TRADITIONAL CRM is WiseAgent because it has all the tools that I will actually use in a traditioinal real estate business model, web-based, multi-user, low cost and very short learning curve.

I am sure you will get all sorts of answers but I use iXactContact because it is written specifically for real estate agents. I like the user interface, it is very easy to understand and is very intuitive. The product has a built in drip marketing campaign which a number of other products also have. I like this because it is one less thing I need to think about. I needed to go in and edit the content slightly so that it sounds like me but that was minimal. They have the ability to see how many people open your marketing pieces so you can see if anything is bouncing or if you have bad email addresses for anyone.  There is also a monthly newsletter that is prebuilt and again you can go in and edit the content as needed.  They work on an ipad as well as a PC/Mac.  The one thing they dont have is a mobile app or a mobile website so that is a bit of a downside but they will have one by end of the year.

I tried Top Producer CRM and it was cumbersome to use.  It does have a mobile app but their backend doesn't work very fast so you have to wait for their market reports to generate and then they cant be customized too much which can cause the data to be skewed.

I checked out Wise Agent and a few other products that aren't real estate specific but in my opinion there is too much setup and management of the solution
