Here's the story...

The wife called me tonight because THANKS TO ACTIVE RAIN, when you search for Short Sale Specialist of Tradition, Short Sale Specialist Port St Lucie, Jensen Beach, St Lucie West, or Short Sale Specialist Torino, you find me on the top or near the top of any google search.

They read my very detailed blog on Short Sale Specialist and they called me, Kevin B Tolbert PA, GRI, CDPE.

They explained that for the price they are preapproved for, the area they want only has short sales in their price range.

And their agent for nearly a month told them that short sales never close, are a waste of time, and are too much trouble to deal with.
