Let me formally introduce myself. I am Harry Myers originating in Florence SC. I have

been basking in Florida Sunshine for 30+ years. I am morally upright and professionally seasoned. I am a practicing Christian in word and deed. I graduated from Florida International University in 1978… Majoring in Hospitality Management. Shortly thereafter, I became involved in Real estate… I have mastered many different aspects of Real Estate, such as, but not limited to, Property Management, Foreclosure/Distress Property. I have 15 + years as a Licensed Mortgage Broker …originating loans for families with A to D Credit Ratings.

This is not a weather report but more of a financial report.

I was an early adopter of Realtor.com I would easily shell out thousands of dollars per year to them for the privilege
of being a featured agent on their web site. I would get a call once a year from my representative at just about renewal time leting me know just how great they are and that I should also sign up for more or their expensive features.I alway fell for the slick reports and hype and renewed.Then came along Active Rain and for less than $40.00 a month I was getting results! First page on Google!Clients were all of a sudden calling me and my business took a leap in just a few months of blogging on Active Rain. So much for the the fancy hype and reports from Realtor.com

Realtor.com has been canceled due to the success of Active Rain. (humor)
