The news tells people that Real Estate is down.
I am here to tell you that Real Estate in my area is doing great! 2010 has been the best year that I have had in 5 to 6 years. I have looked at many reasons why I am doing better now than in a long time.

Some Reasons I improved:
Treating my Clients well in the past has brought me referrals that continue to grow.
The low interest rates should have helped everyone!
Working with Keller Williams has opened my eyes to the need to continue to grow in my technology skills.
Keep working and the closings will come!
Answer your phone and return phone calls to everyone even if it is by email.
Take time when working with your Clients. They deserve good service.

I am looking forward to 2010 with high hopes for my daughter now taking her Real Estate Classes.
