Reality is sinking in now!  The price of gas is probably secondary to the effect that rising or just high oil prices will have over the long haul.  Think of everything you use, touch or consume on a daily basis.  Yeah that's plastic there in the packaging and of nearly each and every product we...

Uh Oh, it's Summer time and you know what that means?  ROAD TRIP!  Hopefully without that annoying song being sung in the background.  Look here as a compliment to my prior post about our pricing in Naples.  Granted that a few high end sales can affect the market in a huge way know that that segm...

If you've avoided Naples Florida because you thought it was too darned expensive to live here.  You were probably right.  I suggest that it's time to re-think that idea.  Our #1 ranking as the Golf Capital of the United States has been lost, we're at #2 now, depending on who's source you read.  T...

It's really no secret and it is a Public Park but this one always seems to remain on the "back burner" until summer rolls around.  So many kid oriented activities are going on here I am amazed that it's not standing room only!  This park holds a special place in my heart due to the fact that I wa...

When I say "too little of a great thing" I am referring to the physical size of this fantastic little waterfront park and boat launch facility known as Bayview Park. Packing a plethora of picnic opportunity, pleasure boating and plain old "hanging out" on a purpose filled four acre site. Operated...

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will always be the home of the Cheesesteak. At the risk of life and limb, Pat's and Geno's are not necessariy the best though, even if they do say so themselves! No matter where you travel in this Great Country there's almost always a restaurant out there that's toutin...
