Hot Markets and Useful Real Estate Information

Real Estate in Eagle Mountain didn't change too much.  Homes sold increased by less than 1% and median and average sold prices of Eagle Mountain homes decreased by less than 3%.

5 fewer American Fork homes sold during the second quarter of 2010.  Prices took a big fall, decreasing more than 10%.  Real Estate in American Fork currently has 10 months of inventory.

Sold homes in Tooele County jumped 15%, passing 200.  Median home price slipped to the 160s and average sold price of Tooele Real Estate decreased to the 170s.

Eden Real Estate, Huntsville Real Estate, and Liberty Utah Real Estate combined to increase 133%, going from only 9 homes sold to 21.  Inventory is still outrageous for the amount of homes listed versus what have sold but the improvements are encouraging.  Price of Upper Ogden Valley homes also ...

A 21% fall was seen in Roy UT homes sold which consisted of about 30 less units being sold.  Average price stayed pretty consistant with a change of less than 1% and median price of Roy Real Estate increased by almost 2%.

Ogden Utah Real Estate increased 18% from selling 242 single family homes to 286.  Sold pricing for houses in Ogden decreased to the 120s but current median listed prices are sitting in the 130s.

North Ogden homes sold stayed the same when comparing with last year's 2nd quarter.  Price of North Ogden real estate dropped by a significant amount of 18% on the median side of 9% on the average side.

Homes in Woods Cross saw prices decrease 4.5% and are currently in the low 200s.  Sold Woods Cross houses went up by more than 50% from 29 to 44.

West Point homes decreased 25% but prices went the other direction.  Real estate in West Point went from a median of $189,000 to $200,000 and average prices stayed pretty close to the same.

Real estate in Syracuse increased 8%.  Average sold price didn't change much but median price of Syracuse homes decreased $14,500.
