48%.  102 vs. 49. Wow. In January and February in 2008 there were 102 sales in Newport County.  Same time period in 2009 - 49!  Down 48%.  Today is the last day for closings this month and I don't expect we'll see 53 closings, perhaps 15 or so..maybe.
