After being involved in the Real Estate industry for many years - in Australia, my wife and I are returning to her hometown of High Point, North Carolina in March 2010.
This will mean the sale of our personal home - 200 yards from the Pacific Ocean, 100 yards from a rain-forest in the most lush and fertile region of Australia.
Naturally, we are looking at entering the Real Estate industry in the US.
The value of homes in Australia, the fact that the economic downturn missed the country and the rising Australian Dollar, makes the US an investor's paradise for Australians.
