Yes, there are buyers out there. I made the comment to several associates that working with today's buyers is like rolling a raw egg uphill, must handle with care, and when we get to the top the egg has become hard boiled. It is up to us to educate our buyers, be service minded, and handle them with care. It's back to basic. Treat others as we want to be treated.
