There may be hope for us yet! This article on MSN Real Estate actually shows that slowly but surely some cities are coming back from the financial disaster that was. The most improved city was Santa Clara, CA, at 2% growth, and our very own Quincy, MA also made the cut at #9 with 1% growth...
