Well, the residents of St. Elmo seem to think so - and I heartily agree!   As a quasi member of that community, I listed, then sold a home to a good friend friend of mine in the area and have for YEARS eaten at the restaurants like Shaprio's Deli, Mojo Burrito, Mr. T's, Quiznos, Moca Joe's Coffee...
