Thinking of relocating?  Boise is a great to live.  We are the capital city of Idaho and have many attractions of a big city but still has a small town atmosphere.  People of all ages can find a high quality of life.  The cost of living is reasonable and we have a low unemployment  rate.  Idaho i...

Short sales are a very interesting aspect of our business.   I would try but be prepared to wait for the bank.  It might take extra time to close the deal.  I wouldn't be afraid unless your buyers are in a tearing hurry.  Short sales are a way to get a property for a little less then market value...

Today I was supposed to close a deal on a cute house on 4018 Neel St., Boise,  ID.  From the get go the loan officer seems off task.  Both the listing agent and myself became nervous when his company took 8 days to furnish us with the commitment letter.  The loan officer was picked by the client ...

Hi except for the snow the day went smooth and the house on 1408 Dearborn St, Caldwell, Idaho has closed.  It took 2.5 months since I put the first offer in and 100's of hours of work.  I found the bank somewhat frustrating to deal with but if you keep calling things can be arranged.  I had help ...

Sometimes the market seems so strange.  I went from Jan 2 to Jan 18 without a break doing 12 hour workdays.  I took Sat Jan 19 off and now everything seems quiet.  I haven't had more then 2 hours a day of work since then.  Strange how the market is.  Anyone else notice?
