Gary Keller has released his new book and my market center bought a lot of them.  I know that I will be reading this book this holiday weekend.  With the changing market, I think it is important to constantly feed the mind so you won't get destracted by what the news media says. 

Some agents are not able to adjust to the changing market so they are retiring their licenses.  The best two books to read to help you get through is "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "Millionaire Real Estate Agent".  They have helped me change my way of thinking and also how I run my business.
