It's a buyer's market. So Buy! The real estate market is stagnant. In most parts of the US, including Seattle, prices are dropping. A big 5.7% drop is expected in Seattle for 2008. The market is flooded with property, foreclosures are on the rise, and builders keep building more inventory...
