To find out the new limits in your area, go to https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/hicostlook.cfm, which will take you to the mortgage limits page on the HUD website. Enter you state & county info; chose the "Limit Type" drop down box (FHA Forward, Fannie/Freddie or HECM). FHA Foward is what HUD is calling the FHA temporary loan limit). Click send at the bottom of the page and you will see the new loan limit for the type of loan limit for your area.
