Doug rogers is absolutely correct in this blog.  After 5 or 6 homes, buyers will no longer remember the homes they’ve looked at and it really becomes an exercise in futility.  Serious buyers will give a good solid set of criteria to their Realtor and they can then see the best 5 or 6 homes tops. ...
