This bar graph represents the Sold homes in Yolo County from October 2006 through August 2007. The key factor here is the amount of Homes that were For sale in August 2007 (916 Homes) and the Homes Sold (98 Homes Sold). In my opinion if you don't have to sell than you should not be on the market.
