I just had to re-blog Broker Bryants Post from yesterrday afternoon.  If your job is to protect the public then it seems to me that your job is to also be educated to do so.  Bryant did an excellent job explaining the As/Is Sale Scenario.  I have yet to see a "short sale" that was not sold As/Is....
