My name is Hans Ziegenbein. I am a lifetime Chicago resident and currently a Realtor working for @properties. Throughout the past number of years I have worked in several aspects of the real estate field including being a licensed Illinois home inspector and doing home rehab. This blog is dedicated to several areas of the real estate field. The main two areas which I have a great deal of knowledge in are 1.Knowing and taking care of your home, 2. Is sharing with you information about Chicago neighborhoods. I will be working my way through these two subjects on a regular basis and attempting to share as much as I can with you.
