Over the past 6 months I have seen more and more offers come in that are significantly lower than the list price of properties in our office. In some cases I have seen initial offers of more than 30% from the list price. In past years I would not find that uncommon if a property was over priced...

Despite all the news reports, the real estate business in Northern Michigan is actually pretty good. Statistically speaking the rest of the state (specifically Detroit) makes the rest of the state seem worse than it really is. I wish everyone would quit watching the news and stop paying attention...
