If you plant your own garden...   You can choose the foods you want to grow You can grow organically without pesticides It can be more affordable to grow your own food It is a good way for your family to work together It is fun to learn...

This a wonderful post. Funny but serious stuff too. Had to make myself quit laughing at the dog butts! Home inspectors are held to a very high standard, but they cannot find everyting. Their liability is great and I am sure they do want to miss anything either, but we have to be realistic. Someti...

I am reblogging this only to see what it looks like now. I have no idea what the red x is or was, and what is checked and what is not. I hope I am doing it right  ???? We just completed an update and are pleased to announce a few items that stood out which will hopefully make the AR community smi...

How Do Others Really Judge Us?   I own an apartment building and I have a contractor that plows the snow. I had been so busy that I did not go by the check it out to make sure that the parking lot was taken care of, but my assumption is, no calls, no worries. My tenant on the first floor was in a...

Connie, I have to agree with you. I think this was a well thought out performance and one that we needed to see right now. Those children looked so happy in light of what they have been through. We can learn a lot from children. I re-blogged so that more can know about it. My Favorite 2013 Super ...

Don't get me wrong, they have an important job to do, but really...some of these are just plain..I am not even sure what they are. I have one for a HARP refi that they wanted a copy of the soci...

I never gave it much thought but Michael is right, this has a parallel to what we do in real estate every day. We need to remember that some people take things we say very literally. I was taught in ABR to be the "source of the source" and not the "source". This is a great post to re-blog as a re...

Thanks Gary for this post. We have had a lot of safety issues on our foreclosures lately and this will be a good recommendation for our clients. I actually slipped on my deck in the rain the other day, there was some mossy green stuff on it and it became slick as ice. I need to take care of that....

This sounds like a great product. I have never heard of it before, so I can only guess many of you have not either. With all the foreclusres we have these days with carpet in them, this would be a great recommendation for your clients. The Flooring Girl always has such great ideas! Moisture resis...

This is a good safety tip post. I had a similar instance. A home inspector was in the attic and the ladder fell over. He was a short little guy and it was a tall ceiling, and he was afraid of heights. Luckily I came by to see how he was doing and heard him yelling help. He was very glad to see me...
