After almost 6 months this 55+ Investment Property has been turned over... Congrats to the investor who found this great deal... Only 60K in an 80k neighborhood... needs 7-9k of work and a will net $400 per month positive cash flow. NICE!!!!

Well, it finally sold and everyone is happy. The new owners can't wait to make it their own and are planning out what they are going to do right now. The old owners are celebrating and happy to be moving forward with their future plans. I love it when a plan comes together.... (Who Said That?)
