I bet they have....it seems that the media has gotten exactly what they?  I mean what WE needed!  Now, I am sure that everyone here knows that the bank rate does not reflect the long term rates such as the 10 Yr Bond market...but if it gives consumers confidence in the market......

Are your kidding, haven't you seen the news?  The Real Estate Market is a bust!Yeah, Yeah....I know that most everyone is negative on the real estate market.....fueled by mass media hysteria....But, NOW is the PERFECT TIME TO BUY or REFINANCE! And, I will give you a few supporting arguement...
