Thanks for the comments bob, I know FHA is doing well but remember FHA has a limit and even though they are attempting to have the limit raised up but as of now conforming loans are any loans under 417k and anything above that amount is considered jumbo and those are the loans I am attempting to ...

Thank you for the comments; ever since all of these foreclosures and investors in bonds backed by real estate haven't been receiving dividends on time, the market has plummeted because no one is investing in them  anymore and with that lenders warehouse lines are so tied up they are being forced ...
