The original buyer walked away, so my buyer made and offer AGAIN. Silly me, I thought that bank owned property offers had to be uploaded in a timely manner. Is five days considered "timely"? It is a Chase loan. Does anyone one know the rules for how long you can wait before uploading an offer on...

I have recently started coaching (yesterday). My coach is a hard taskmaster, but I am giving it a try. I want to succeed and I have to believe that if I do what I am supposed to do, I have no choice than to succeed. I'll keep you posted.
