With over 10 years experience in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area real estate markets, Kay Fisher has developed a strong working knowledge of the local communities, homes and builders in our area. For seven years before becoming a REALTOR® in 2008, Kay was a new home sales representative for a national homebuilder, and won numerous sales awards including Rookie of the Year for the North Charlotte area, Rookie of the Year for the North and South Carolina Region, President’s Club Award, awarded to the top 10% of the sales representatives in the company for sales volume and was consistently among the top 5% of sales representatives in the Carolina Region for customer service. The sales training Kay received was rated one of the top industry wide and because of her attention to detail and communication skills, Kay was chosen to train new sales representatives and lead training presentations to a group of her peers. Kay’s experience in new home sales gives her an intimate understanding of the sales and building process of new home construction. With Kay’s experience in needs based selling, she takes a consultative approach with her clients by listening to their needs, taking action and producing results. For our sellers, Kay’s time in new home sales encouraged her to be creative to market the homes, communities and locations she sold. Combined with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Clemson University, Kay is able to provide her clients with a unique marketing plan customized to their home, community and area. Kay focuses on using all of the tools available with new technology and innovative web sites to find the best marketing ideas to sell your home. Kay lives in Cornelius and is married with two children. She enjoys running, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and extended family.
