Well things seem to have slowed a bit in Manahattan Villagewith only one home currently in escrow and 8 homes currently active and for sale with an average days on market of 70 days.  Of the 8 active listings the lowest priced home is bank owned (REO) and listed at $775,000 with the highest price...
