I see this more with buyers than sellers, in fact I listed 4 Franklin homes last year for clients who already had a contract on a new construction home before they called me to list their home. Onsite agents represent the builders and is required to do what's best for the builder, not the buyer. ...

This is one trend I don't think is a good idea. Putting the microwave below the counter lever seems inconvenient to me.
