It is very difficult to show homes on the weekend without prior appts.  After all, it's the weekend.  Some people do sleep late, cook breakfast, do laundry, and house cleaning.  I cringe at having to call clients at the last minute.  It really puts them in a dilemma...they want to sell their hom...

Unfortunately, the right one is the one in which the buyer thinks they can get the best deal. The number of calls everyday for buyers who want to buy a foreclosure, and nothing else.  Most are not cash buyers.  Therefore, the home must qualify for a mortgage.  Usually a foreclosure home is not in the condition to pass inspections.  Great post.
