Recently I joined a new website called Xpozzz (www.xpozzz.com) The website has been designed to assist homeowners, agents and brokers to list their properties worldwide. What I found out was that Xpozzz does EXACTLY what any local MLS database does! It spiders out to Trulia, Zillow and Realtor once your listing is up and running on Xpozzz, except your listing is worldwide xpozzz "ed" and the fees are MUCH less than any local MLS. Another observation was that local MLS boards are Non Profit? Is this where all our money goes? Golf outings, extravagant events, networking and right into the pockets of the local MLS Board! Has anyone really investigated the local MLS? Are we all that close-minded to think they are the ONLY access to properties?????
