I was born in Louisville, raised in Oldham County, and am a near life-time resident of Louisville. Having lived in Atlanta, GA for several years where I worked in commercial real estate working in hotel development, and then I ultimately returned “home” to Louisville several years ago. I have always had family including his parents, Ron and Sandy, as well as two sisters and other family members living in Louisville and the surrounding areas. I count many of my friends in our community, being people that I have known since the early days of my childhood. As a real estate professional with Kentucky Select Properties, and Realtor with both the Greater Louisville and National Associations of Realtors, I love what I do for a living. Helping “friends” find the homes of their dreams and moving into their next “chapters”! Working as a full service Realtor specializing in the marketing and selling of existing and new construction properties, residential single-family homes and condos/lofts. If you wanted to sum up my real estate marketing “mindset”, it would be one word, passionate! I am very experienced working with both first-time and repeat home buyers, making sure that my clients find a home that suits their needs, their wants, and also their budgets. I am well-versed in representing clients buying or selling light-commercial and investment properties/facilities. Having vast resources from which to pull from to meet my clients needs when seeking and securing those types of properties. Making sure the details of buying a property from offers, to acceptance, to inspection, and then the various banking/legal requirements are dealt with efficiently and within the allowed time frames. Taking the hassle out of buying real estate. Experienced with relocations both into and out of the Louisville area, both regional and international. I am very well connected thru the Kentucky Select Properties network of global real estate professionals, and I also have connections with various Realtors all over the world. In my free time, I enjoy everything our great city has to offer. A big “Mac” head, I love working with Apple products and technology in general. I also enjoy golf with my Dad and his buddies, dinners at all the great independent restaurants we have here, love automobiles, and I enjoy just “hanging out” with friends, and family. My Mission Statement: My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
