For the record, I am a REGULAR RE Agent(not just distressed sales people), I love homes that have plenty of Equity in them and that willing Sellers call me to list...except for 1 thing...I don't see alot of those selling right now...I have seen easily 15-20% of "NORMAL" listings turn to Preforecl...
