We are in the process of bar coding our listings. Soon a prospect can stop at all our listings, scan the sign, and get the scoop. Pretty exciting! Buyers now have the choice of picking up a flyer in the brochure box and/or scanning the sign. Oh, I wonder what's next!

The Jefferson City MO market is moving again! Checking the statistics, the busiest price range is $120,000-$140,000. So far, 110 properties in that price range have closed with a 62 "days on the market" average. The upper price ranges are selling, also. Yeah! I'll write more about that later...
