What do you do about those who over price a home just to get the listing.  I have come across listings that are truly overpriced and I just dont get it.  I guess they get the listing but, Who are we kidding?  Any thoughts?

Before I became an agent, I thought that my agent was working for me.  I found out that this was incorrect, Agents generally work for the seller, unless otherwise contracted to represent the buyer.  I think the public needs more information regarding this topic, what do you think?
