I have been meaning to blog about this all week long. I am on the MLS daily, as I am always on the lookout for the next great flip project. As I search, I notice 1 constant, that 90% of REO listing agents continue to post 1 photo, and about 50% of those photos are not even in focus! Correct me if...

As much as I thought I would disagree and couldn't understand why agents take overpriced listings, I do think in the case of a multi million dollar listing it's worth it.. But honestly you have to be careful because more often than not you end up spending 3-6 months of your time on trying to sell...

Love this blog post! So true in so many ways! Sellers need to get with the times and realize their home is only worth as much as what the market will bear, and if they pick up and newspaper or watch CNN, they can easily see our market is not on FIRE like it used to be, so they need to wake up, an...

I chose to reblog this as we have the same problem in our area. Investors go in, purchase low, do nothing, then expect to list it at the top of the market. The joy in watching it sit is great! We rehab all our homes from top to bottom. We get a home inspection prior to listing our project, and fi...

Great blog on allowable images to use in your blog! A common misconception is that any google photo is OK to use, this simply is not the case! I am a selling agent registered with HUD, and their process definitely needs improvement! It's been a big week for news, what with all t...

Wow! Read this and decided to reblog! I can't believe how different the process is over in England! How fair is it to make the buyer pay for inspections, appraisal, and go through the whole loan process only to get beat out? Where is the seller commitment!?Yesterday I had a good chat with an agen...

Another Great Wordless Blog! Lets hope our market doesnt come to this! Certain areas are slowing down now that the 1st time buyer credit has expired, but well priced homes still sell within 30 days in our marketJust because the last cartoon seemed to be a hit, here's another I found on the intern...

Great Word Less blog! Lets hope the market does not come to this! Needed a laugh on this Thursday, as I have been putting in 12 hours a day all week getting my blogging skills back together! Please enjoy!I just had to share this cartoon I saw on the web.  Please enjoy! ~Sara Miniman Weichert, Wat...

The topic is a hot one, I read on CNN, Yahoo, MSNBC, and various other news agencies about all the outrage this has caused. I think this pastor just wants the attention that comes from this, more than he wants to solve any of the underlying issues at hand. Have you been following this in the news...
