As the snow melts at Wolf Creek Ski area and begins to fill the Rio Grande River, home sales are on the rise in South Fork, Colorado.  Through April 2011 there have been 8 closed home sales and 6 additional homes are under contract.  This puts the market 27% ahead of one year ago.  More good news...
