Great news for Plymouth homeowners meeting low and moderate income guidelines. You may now qualify for housing rehabilitation loans for 2% on a 15 yr. loan. The only caveat is that the entire loan will need to be paid upon sale or transfer of the property. Commercial businesses also ...
