I have been in this business of opening doors and walking into people's homes for a long time, and I still can't get used to the feeling. I'm always referring to the "Waterfront Property" in Valdosta, or better yet in Waycross (Okefenokee Swamp country) as being something that is a total waste of time to pursue ... for anyone!
