Now that 2007 is over, How will 2008 fare in Real Estate??

It may stat out a bit flat but the spring market will be upon us before you know it. The interest rates are still at record lows and should be stable this year. In the spring rates historically tick up a bit. But there is no need to worry. I don't think we will see a wide spread in mortgage rates. Buyers and Sellers are itching to move on !
