Usually we see how hot it is in the East and are very thankful for our mild, sunny days.....however we are having our own heat wave!! Soooooo....it's been about six weeks since i reached my first goal of 20 pounds and about 4 weeks since I met my last goal of 25 poinds....I've reset my goal to five more, but not pushing for it to happen tomorrow.....remember, this is all about my trip planned to Paris France in September..........
