I have been using personalized direct mail from Lowes. Once you sign up, Lowes will send your clients valuable offers. You fill in the info and select the offers and Lowes does the rest. The mailing with have your picture and info printed on the card. The great thing is that this service is FREE....

I was wondering how many of you still hold open houses on a regular basis? I have yet to get a good lead from an open house in almost 2 years. I advertise, put out signs, etc., and rarely get any visitors. I am also finding that most of my Sellers don't want to have an open house. Suggestions?
