As a Realtor and before that a Transaction Manager, a Closing Coordinator, a Real Estate Bookkeeper, a Property Manager and an Agent's Assistant I have seen the best and worst of this crazy industry. My favorite broker once told me when I told her I was getting my license "We are all crazy for wanting to do this!" She laughed of course, but her words have stayed with me.
