I recently managed to pick up 3 buyers that are all between $60,000 and $85,000.  Some might say "why would you want to work with people that low?"  Some might say "Hey, they all add up."   I say, "I treat all my clients and customers equal, no matter how much they can afford!"WHAT'S YOUR TAKE? 

Today the sun is shining and the buyer's are already calling!  People are starting to crawl out of the woodwork!  I've found myself being more than positive about the year I'm going to have!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait for Spring!
