I run into people all the time toting the woes of the present market. I'm thankful that I've remained busy throughout the year. This is a tougher market, with lower sales prices & one must learn the key to patiently waiting out short sales, and foreclosures. That being said... it will get better! I now have clients who want to close quickly and are willing to pay more for a home that is not in foreclosure or short sale in order to do so. That's a great sign the market may be turning!
