I love being a Realtor and having the flex time with my day. I do put in the hours that I need to as far as work, but the benefits of having the flexablility to do stuff with my family and grandkids is wonderful. I've thought about going back to work at least part time and I sit and make the list...

I've been involved in a small group over the last few weeks. We have focused on communication. It's amazing that the same spoken words mean different things to men and women.  Someone would make a comment, then we would say I just understood you to say blah, blah. They would say no that's not wha...

I've been involved in a small discussion group over the last few weeks. This was very eye opening. Men and women most definately comprehend what is said verbally very differently. When we are with clients we really need to be asking both the man and the women if we are working with a couple if th...

There were 5,380 homes that were flooded. WOW what an eye opener. Here it is 8 months later and this area is like a ghost town...

Today was our company Awards Banquet, there was a great turnout for the event. We learned that our market share for you company increased. Even though our numbers were a little less than last year as a company we did a great job considering. If we listen to the news or read the papers it all bad,...

Wow, it really pays off to stay in touch.  I worked with a couple last summer for about a month. They had looked at everything, they just gave up.  I stayed in touch with them about once a month to just see how they were doing and if the kids had gotten a good start to school etc.  They called ba...
