USDA Single Family Housing ran out of it's Congressional Allotment a week or so ago. That left thousands of families counting on this funding with few options. A bill passed the House of Representatives that would add 1.5% to the Upfront Funding Fee (details here). That bill went to the Senate.

April is absolutely right! North Carolina is a beautiful part of the country! We are literally 2 hours from the coast and 2 hours from the snow! In fact the Triangle demographics line up really well with Austin Texas and Boulder Colorado. We have 22 colleges and Universities within 35 minutes
