Just taslked to some buyers that were telling me HOW the market is and what property can be bought for and what it will sell for later.  Not sure where they get thier figures and numbers. makes me scratch my head.   Talked to some people today that told me how the market was and how houses could be bought for this and that price. Where do they come up with such absurd figures? If they could be bought for these prices I'd buy all i could and yet these people still have act like they known what they are sayi...
