Food for thought: Trulia just posted stats that indicated 25% of sellers last year had to drop their sales price approximately 11%.  The stat actually did not include foreclosure listings.  The top drops were in the states of FL, AZ, Mass and CA. -Judywww.seejudy.comMY FEATURED LISTINGS
