Real estate activity has certainly picked up in the Wichita, KS metro area this Spring (or maybe it was just really bad this winter). Contracts written at my office were up 29% in february, 231% in march and 300% the 1st 10 days of April over January's numbers. Will it continue after 4-30-2010? ...
