Have you ever refreshed a listing in the MLS and if you have did it generate any activity? (refreshing by withdrawing the listing, and relisting it in the MLS.  My MLS will not change the DOM by doing this. It simply causes the listing to pop up as a new listing although it shows the accurate DOM...
